Chocolate Mousse Cup Celebrate Valentine’s Day with this easy to make rich velvety chocolate mousse dessert in a cup. Total Time: 20 min Prep+ chilling Serves: 2 people Required Ingredients 1 tablespoon water 1 tablespoon sugar 1 large egg yolk (lightly beaten) ¼ cup chocolate chips ½ cup heavy whipping cream 1- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract Steps to Follow Step 1: In a small pan, melt chocolate chips with water and stir until it is smooth. Step 2: Separately stir a small amount of the melted chocolate mixture into the egg yolk and return it to the pan. Continue to Stir. Step 3: Cook the mixture for 2 minutes or until it is slightly thickened. Turn off the heat and pour the vanilla extract. Step 4: Quickly transfer the mixture into a small bowl. Make sure to stir it occasionally to ensure proper cooling. Step 5: In a separate bowl, beat the whipping cream until it thickens. Add the sugar and continue to beat until it becomes soft. Step 6: Now fold the whipped cream into the cooled chocolate mixture. Cover it up and keep it in the refrigerator for a minimum 2 hours. Optional: Garnish the mousse with fruits like raspberries and whipped cream.

Total Time: 15 min Prep+ chilling Serves: 2-1/2 dozen Required Ingredients 7 ounces of marshmallow crème 2- 2/3 cups of shredded sweetened coconut, toasted 1 teaspoon vanilla extract A dash of salt 5 ounces of milk chocolate, chopped 1- ½ teaspoons shortening Steps to Follow Step 1: In a large bowl, mix coconut, marshmallow crème, salt and vanilla extract until fully blended. Once done, cover and refrigerate for at least an hour. Step 2: Take out from Refrigerator and begin to shape the mixture into 1 inch sized balls. Place them on a baking sheet and refrigerate for minimum 3 hours. Step 3: In a microwave, melt shortening and chocolate until a smooth texture is formed. Dip the coconut balls in the melted chocolate texture. Let the excess drip off. Step 4: Place the balls on a wax sheet to let it set. How to Toast Coconut? Option 1- Place the coconut in a shallow pan and bake for 5-10 minutes in an oven at 350° heat. Option 2- Cook the coconut in a skillet over low heat until it turns golden brown. Make sure to stir occasionally.

Should be thawed 2 packages (8 ounces each) mini peanut butter cups. Can use brand- Reese Steps to Follow Step 1: In a large bowl, pour milk and pudding mix. Whisk well for 2 minutes. Now let the pudding mixture stand for 2-3 minutes for a soft texture. Step 2: In a glass or trifle bowl, layer half of the cake cubes, pudding mixture, and whipped cream and mini peanut butter cups. Repeat this process to make layers. Once done, refrigerate until serving time.

Then, cut a deep ‘X’ on the tip of each berry and gently spread it open. Step 2: In a bowl, pour the powdered sugar, cream cheese and almond extract. Beat the mixture until it’s light and fluffy. Step 3: Now, carefully put 2 teaspoons of the mixture into each berry. If desired, sprinkle chocolate shavings on the berries. Chill in refrigerator until serving time.

Total Time: 20 min Prep+ 40 min bake+ cooling Serves: 12 servings Required Ingredients 5 large eggs, separated 12 ounces of chocolate, chopped ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar ¾ cup butter ½ cup sugar ( optional: powdered sugar) Steps to follow Step1: Preheat the oven to 350°. Pour water in a metal bowl and put it on the stove. Now place a glass bowl on top of the metal one. Put the chocolates and butter into the glass bowl to let it melt. Keep stirring to ensure a smooth texture. Once done, keep the melted chocolates on a side to cool. Step 2: In a large bowl, beat room temperature egg yolks until lemon-coloured and thick. Then, beat in the melted chocolate. With clean beaters, beat the cream of tartar and egg whites on medium speed until it gets foamy. Step 3: Now add 1 tablespoon sugar at a time. Beat on high speed until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture forms stiff peaks. Then, fold just ¼ of the beaten egg whites into the chocolate mixture. Mix it gently, then fold the rest of the egg whites. Step 4: Now transfer the entire mixture into a greased spring form pan. Bake the dish for 40-45 minutes at 350°. Once complete, let it cool. Optional: If desired, dust the torte with powdered sugar. You can adorn it with berries of your choice. These dishes are so straightforwardly simple that you don’t even need to be afraid of burning the house down.
