The first one is that this name comes from the time of its celebration. It is observed after the coldest days of the winter are passed and days begin to get warmer. Since the traditional Lunar calendar originated 4000 years ago during the Shang dynasty, it was called the farming calendar. Its aim was to divide the agriculture seasons.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Also, the Spring festival comes at a time when farming activities begin. So, the farmers would take a week-long break to relax, enjoy and revel in the coming of the new season.
