      Delivery Information

      • The image displayed is indicative in nature.
      • Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability. The number of leaves and the size of the plant depends on seasonal availability.
      • Since plants are seasonal in nature, flowering plants might be delivered without them.
      • A majority of our orders are delivered on time as per the time slot selected.
      • This is not met in very rare cases where the situation is beyond our control viz., traffic congestion enroute, remote address for delivery, etc.
      • The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address once the order is prepared for delivery.
      • Although we try not to, occasionally substitution of plants are done due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.

      Care Instructions

      • Water : Water regularly while letting the soil mix dry in the surface before watering again. Watering must be regular but limited, in order to not suffocate the plant's roots. You might say that watering every 2 or 3 days is often needed.
      • Temperature : The Chrysalidocarpus plant grows best when surrounding temperatures hold around 65 to 72°F (18 to 22°C) and requires very good light, even some direct sunlight.
      • Light : Indirect light is sunlight that either passes through a medium a window shade or the leaves of a tree or reflects off another surface before reaching a plant.
      • Fertilizing : Every spring you should feed your Chrysalidocarpus plant a time release fertilizer pellet. This will ensure that it is receiving the proper nutrients that it needs to grow during the spring and summer months of the year. You should also give the plant a liquid fertilizer once a month during the growing season.
      • Another common name for this palm is golden cane palm in reference to its yellow stems. Synonymous with and formerly known as Chrysalidocarpus lutescens.
