      Delivery Information

      • The image displayed is indicative in nature.
      • Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability. The number of leaves and the size of the plant depends on seasonal availability.
      • Since plants are seasonal in nature, flowering plants might be delivered without them.
      • A majority of our orders are delivered on time as per the time slot selected.
      • This is not met in very rare cases where the situation is beyond our control viz., traffic congestion enroute, remote address for delivery, etc.
      • The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address once the order is prepared for delivery.
      • Although we try not to, occasionally substitution of plants are done due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.

      Care Instructions

      • Water : Water about once a week and allow the topsoil to dry out between waterings. Avoid overwatering, and note that your watering schedule may be less frequent during winter months.
      • Temperature : The Philodendron scandens brasil plant thrives in moist, well-draining potting soil and bright, indirect light. Water when the top part of the soil is dry. A temperature range of between 60°F and 75°F (16°C – 24°C) is ideal.
      • Light : The Philodendron Brasil can survive in low light conditions, but grows faster and produces more leaves in medium or bright indirect light. The variegation will be more pronounced in higher light. Do not put it in direct sunlight since the sun will burn the foliage.
      • Fertilizing : Feed the Philodendron Brasil monthly in the spring and summer with a basic houseplant food diluted to half the recommended strength. Fertilize every other month in the fall and winter. Philodendron leaves are toxic to pets and humans.
      • Philodendron scandens is known as the Sweetheart Plant, or Heart-Leaf, due to the beautiful leaf shape. This 'Brasil' variety has stunning golden-yellow variegated leaves. A row of trailing Philodendron scandens makes a fantastic living, green curtain. Mature plants may produce spathes of green-white flowers.
