      Delivery Information

      • The image displayed is indicative in nature.
      • Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability. The number of leaves and the size of the plant depends on seasonal availability.
      • Since plants are seasonal in nature, flowering plants might be delivered without them.
      • A majority of our orders are delivered on time as per the time slot selected.
      • This is not met in very rare cases where the situation is beyond our control viz., traffic congestion enroute, remote address for delivery, etc.
      • The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address once the order is prepared for delivery.
      • Although we try not to, occasionally substitution of plants are done due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.

      Care Instructions

      • Water : Ponytail plant is a succulent, it's best to keep it in semi-dry conditions. Let the soil dry out completely in between waterings, perhaps watering once every 2-3 weeks. Water sparingly in the winter months. As with most succulents, your Ponytail Palm will thrive in dry conditions.
      • Temperature : Ponytail palms prefer full sun or bright, indirect light, with ideal temperatures above 45° F (7° C) at night. Although full sun is best, this forgiving plant can tolerate lower light, and will just grow more slowly.
      • Light : Ponytail palms need bright light, so plan to grow plants in the sunniest room of the house, near the window but not directly in the sun. They tolerate dry conditions well, which makes them perfect for the low humidity of most indoor conditions.
      • Fertilizing : Use an organic liquid fertilizer or a chemical fertilizer diluted to 1/2 strength. Ponytail Palms should be fertilized once or twice per month during the growing season and once a month in the winter.
      • The typical ponytail palm consists of a large, domed “stump,” which tapers off into a thinner stem. From the top of the stem, one or more rosettes of long, green, leathery leaves develop as the plant ages. Indoors, the leaves can get up to 3 feet long, but outdoors, they may be double that length.
