When is Good Friday?

Good Friday is a religious Christian holiday observed to commemorate the crucifixion of Jesus Christ & his death at Calvary. It is also known as Black Friday, Holy Friday, Great Friday, and Easter Friday. The date of Good Friday varies every year on both the Gregorian & Julian calendars. This year, Good Friday will be observed on 7th April 2023. It is observed during the holy week on Friday two days before Easter Sunday. On this day, people go to the Church & pray to God. They participate in religious activities, observe a fast or abstain from eating on this day.
