      What is My Account?

      Registering to the My Account service is free and allows you to recall your personal information when visiting us next time, making it faster to place future orders.

      Once you have registered with us, you can sign in using your user name and password. We'll provide you with an address book and a reminder section, to store your recipients details, together with a log of orders previously placed.

      I forgot my password!

      Don't worry. We've got you covered. Here's what you need to do.

      Step 1: Click here to go to the login page
      Step 2: Enter your e-mail ID
      Step 3: Click on the Forgot Password link

      A new password will be sent to your registered email. You can use that password to login to your Account and then reset it in the My Account section. There is also an option to login using OTP, which will be sent to your registered mobile number and email id. We also have social logins available with Facebook and Google.

      No worries! Please share your order number to support@fnp.sg with a request for your login ID & password. We will provide you with your login credentials.

      What is my Cart?

      Like shopping carts in a retail store, My Cart helps you keep the things you want at one place, while you continue browsing or leave the site to think about it.

      Can I remove products in my Cart?

      Yes, if you wish to remove a particular product from your Cart, click on 'Manage Your Cart'. You will be able to see all products in your cart. Click on the 'Remove' button next to the item you wish to remove from your Cart.

      Where to track my shipment of the orders?

      You can track your order for the latest information on delivery. You will see a 'Track Order' option on the top right corner of the page. Enter your order number & click on 'Track Now' to see the current status of your order.

      How can delete my account?

      We are sorry to inform you that there is no option of deleting an account. If you want, we can disable it but then you won't be able to place any orders using that mail id in the future.       What are the modes of placing an order with FNP?

      Following are the ways in which you can place an order with us.

      • Online - Log on to www.fnp.sg and have fun shopping!
      • You can log on to www.fnp.sg from your mobile as well.
      • You can call us at +6597279363 (08:00 AM-10:30 PM, Monday-Sunday) and we will be more than happy to assist you in placing your order.
      • You can mail us all the details at support@fnp.sg and we can place an order for you.
      • You can down our Android APP and iOS APP and place an order

      What information is required from my end to submit the order?

      We would require the following information from you -

      • Recipient's name
      • Complete delivery address, along with the PIN code
      • Contact number of the recipient
      • Date of delivery
      • Time of delivery will be needed in case of products that are delivered by hand
      • Sender's name
      • Sender’s phone number
      • Sender’s email id

      How do I find different types of products?

      To make shopping easy and hassle-free for you, we have categorised our products in different categories. You have the option to choose products from categories like Flowers, Cakes, Gifts, Plants, Balloon Decoration and Dining Experience You can also choose products based on an occasion. Happy shopping!

      Where all do you deliver?

      We deliver all over Singapore.

      Is there any particular time of delivery?

      All products that are delivered by hand are delivered in your chosen time slot. All Courier products are delivered between 9 AM – 9 PM.

      Can I choose my time of delivery?

      For products that are delivered by hand, you can choose a time slot within which your order will be delivered. There is no option of choosing an exact time of delivery.

      Can I get the order delivered midnight?

      We understand the emotions of celebrating an occasion on its eve. That’s why we have an option of a Midnight delivery for our customers. With an additional delivery charge, you can get your order delivered between 23:00 to 23:59 hours on the date you choose.

      Are there any shipping charges?

      Yes there are charges for the delivery.

      Morning Delivery Charges- SGD 19
      Express Delivery Charges- SGD 9
      Fixed Time Delivery Charges- SGD 15
      1-Hour Delivery Charges- SGD 15
      Mid-Night Delivery Charges- SGD 19

      What is the mode of delivery?

      We have following 2 modes of delivery - hand delivery and Courier.

      I don’t want to disclose my personal information to the recipient, how do I place the order?

      We totally understand the surprise element. When you are placing the order, in the sender’s name, you can put ‘anonymous’ so that your name is not disclosed. Alternatively, you can write to us at support@fnp.sg or call us at +6597279363 (08:00 AM-10:30 PM, Monday-Sunday) and let us know.

      How do I know my order has been confirmed?

      As soon as your order is confirmed, you will receive an email & SMS along with your order number.

      What do the different order statuses mean?

      • Payment received: We have received the payment of your order and your order is ready to be executed.
      • Payment declined: The payment for your order has failed.
      • Order confirmed: Your order is confirmed. It will be delivered as per the date and time slot chosen by you.
      • Out for delivery: Your order is out for delivery.
      • Order delivered: Your order has been delivered.
      • Delivery attempted: We tried to attempt to deliver your order but could not because the recipient was unable/recipient’s number was not reachable/premises was locked/address was incomplete/incorrect.
      • Returned to origin: Our courier partner tried to deliver your order thrice but could not because the recipient was unable/recipient’s number was not reachable/premises was locked/address was incomplete/incorrect. The product has now returned to origin.

      What is a normal courier delivery?

      Your order will be delivered through our courier partners like Blue Dart, Aramex and E-Com Express. For products that are shipped using the services of our courier partners, the date of delivery chosen by you is tentative. Your order may be delivered prior or after the chosen date of delivery.

      Are there any extra charges for same day delivery?

      There are no extra charges for same day standard Delivery. There is a minimal delivery charge for same day 1 Hour, Fixed Time and Midnight delivery.

      How can I make a change in my order or cancel it?

      If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please call us at +6597279363 or email us at support@fnp.sg

      Note: For any modification/cancellation in a domestic order, please give at least 24 hours’ notice before the requested delivery date. If your order has already been shipped, is out for delivery or delivered, we won't be able to cancel it or make changes. For any modification/cancellation in an international order, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. If your order has already been shipped, is out for delivery or delivered, we won't be able to cancel it or make changes.

      What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

      Your refund amount shall be credited to the same Debit card/Credit card/Mobile wallet through which the payment was made.

      What is FNP’s Return Policy?

      No returns are allowed. However, in case if a wrong or a defective product has been sent, do let us know at the earliest. You can write to us at support@fnp.sg or call us at +6597279363 (08:00 AM-10:30 PM, Monday-Sunday).

      How do I return a defective or damaged product for a new replacement?

      We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you. Don't worry. You can write to us at support@fnp.sg or call us at +6597279363 (08:00 AM-10:30 PM, Monday-Sunday) and we will take care of it.

      What are the cases where a refund will not be made?

      We do not guarantee refund for cases where:

      • Flowers, plants, fruits, sweets, gift products and preserved items are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender.
      • Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
      • Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product.
      • Cancellation/modification request in a Domestic order made less than 24 hours prior to the date of delivery and Cancellation/modification request in an International order made 48 hours prior to the date of delivery. In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full.

      When will the refunded amount be credited back to my account?

      Online refund is credited directly through the mode from which the customer has paid the money. Once processed by us, refund takes 7 – 10 business days to reflect in your account.

      What if I am unhappy with my order?

      We are sorry to hear that you are not happy. Your smile is our promise! No frowns. If any, we'll tilt the curve.

      How do I redeem my Gift Certificate/Discount Coupon?

      After you have selected your products and filled in the shipping details, you will get an option to redeem your coupon in the "Order Summary" page. Click on I want to redeem my discount/gift coupon. Coupon code needs be entered in this section and then click on the submit button.

      What is the difference between a Discount Voucher and an e-Gift Voucher?

      Discount Vouchers - These coupons help redeem a certain percentage off on your order value, like 10% off or 15% off

      Gift Vouchers - These vouchers help you redeem a certain amount in the total amount of your purchase, like Rs.100 off on any purchase.

      Both of these have alphanumeric codes.

      How do I buy/gift an e-Gift Voucher?

      You can buy e-Gift Vouchers, either for yourself or your loved ones. These vouchers will be alphanumeric e-codes which can be mailed to you. To buy one, please write to support@fnp.sg.

      How do I make a purchase with an e-Gift Voucher?

      Yes, you can use only 1 e-Gift Voucher on a single order.
