"I live in the US and ordered flowers on Friday evening to be delivered by 11:00 am on Saturday to welcome my daughter and her family, who had just moved to Singapore. Delivery time was fantastic! Unfortunately, the delivery person could not get to the house because the family had gone to the supermarket and the gate was closed. Sarwan called me on WhatsApp and waited while I contacted my daughter to reschedule for a couple of hours later. FNP's customer service is excellent and I would highly recommend them.
