Keep the floral foam (oasis) moist by gently pouring water onto it daily until fully hydrated. This helps the stems stay fresh and vibrant. Stem trimming is not required for this arrangement.

Q3.Will the flowers arrive fully bloomed?

To ensure freshness and longevity, some flowers may arrive in bud form. They will naturally bloom within a few days, revealing their full beauty and extending your enjoyment of the arrangement.

Q4. Will the arrangement look exactly like the picture?

Every arrangement is handcrafted with care. Minor variations in design or flower shades may occur due to seasonal availability, but the overall look and quality will always meet our high standards.

Although we make 100% efforts to match the image displayed,the actual product delivered may vary in shape or design as per the availability.
A majority of our orders are delivered on time as per the time slot selected.
This is not met in very rare cases where the situation is beyond our control viz.,traffic congestion enroute,remote address for delivery,etc.
Once the order is prepared for delivery,the delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
Although we try not to,occasionally,substitution is necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.
Please be noted that we may have to do this without informing you because we give utmost importance to delivery on time since most of our orders are gifts for a certain occasion.

It should also not be placed under a fan.
If any petal gets damaged, then remove it from the flower.
Please change the water whenever required.
