Mooncakes, like all other ready to eat food, should be stored in containers with lids and placed in the upper compartment of a refrigerator, while raw food should be put in the lower compartment to prevent cross-contamination.
Traditional mooncakes that are not in sealed packaging should be stored in an airtight container and kept in a cool and dry place.
Snowskin mooncakes should be stored in refrigerated conditions as soon as possible after purchase.
Store the tea in an air tight container at room temperature.
