The image displayed is indicative in nature.
Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability. The number of leaves and the size of the plant depends on seasonal availability.
Since plants are seasonal in nature, flowering plants might be delivered without them.
A majority of our orders are delivered on time as per the time slot selected.
This is not met in very rare cases where the situation is beyond our control viz., traffic congestion enroute, remote address for delivery, etc.
The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address once the order is prepared for delivery.
Although we try not to, occasionally substitution of plants are done due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.

Water : Water once the soil begins to dry out. Do not overwater and ensure the plant has proper drainage to prevent root rot.
Temperature : Average household temperatures above 18°C. Needs a minimum of 10°C in winter and at night.
Light : The Chamaedorea does like light, but not direct sunlight. A spot in the semi-shade is therefore the best solution. Place the plant in front of a window on the north. When the plant starts to have yellow leaves, this means that the plant gets too much light and you need to provide more shade.
Fertilizing : Use an organic liquid fertilizer or a chemical fertilizer diluted to 1/2 strength. Ponytail Palms should be fertilized once or twice per month during the growing season and once a month in the winter.
Chamaedorea, commonly called parlor palm or neanthe bella palm, is a small, compact, usually single-trunked palm that is native to rainforests from southeastern Mexico to northern Guatemala. Where winter hardy, it will rise to 5-6' tall in shady areas of the landscape.
