Our courier partners do not call prior to delivering an order, so we recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package.
The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
All courier orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse.
Soon after the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that will help you trace your gift.

For the first burn, allow the wax to melt all the way to the sides.
This may take 1-2 hrs.
(depending on the container size).
Let the burning wax become a pool.
Burn the candles away from direct wind.
Do not burn your candle for more than 3-4 hrs.
at any time.
Exercise caution as the container may get hot.
Never blow out candle flame with your mouth.
Use a snuffer to extinguish the candle.
Trim the wick to 1/4th of an inch before re-lighting the candle.
This helps the candle to burn evenly and longer, eliminates smoke and minimizes soot.
Due to the natural make of soy wax, they tend to have a rustic look after the melt pool has cooled.
This does not affect the candle burn.
Any dark patches, frosting, wet spots or slightly uneven surface does not affect the burning of the candle.
It is simply a sign of natural soy wax being hand poured! Each candle is hand-made and not machine produced, so even after utmost care to maintain consistency, they will be unique in itself - Your Candle!
