I am very grateful to FNP SG for able to take my last minute order. It was my daughter in-law's birthday that I just remembered late afternoon. Since she's in confinement too and not able to go out, only a bouquet of flowers will cheer her up. It was already 5pm and I still couldn't think what to surprise her. Had to arrange last minute birthday party but could not get a smallish cake for 4 within 24hrs. Luckily found FnP which could supply a small cake without having to pay minimum size which is above $60 or delivery charges. Their helpful CSO was accomodating, willing to meet all queries patiently. Appreciative of superb assistance which is rare in our busy world. Keep up nice job.

I was half expecting her to receive after 5pm. She received at 4.20pm! Some shop cannot even deliver cake with flowers for same day orders. Well done team! You made at least 6 people happy today by rushing out my order.

I ordered the exotic chocolate basket as a gift for a friend and was very happy with the quality of the product and the packaging. The gift was packaged very nicely. I paid extra for a timed delivery slot and the package was delivered as promised on time and in good condition. Overall very happy with FnP, it was the first time I ordered from the UK and I was not let down. Some of the chocolates were substituted with an alternative chocolate but I was more than happy with the substitution.

Ordered the berry tart with flower combo and added a 4 inch chocolate cake on top for my mum. She loved it and was delighted at how sweet the flowers were as they were in a box and didn't need a vase. She wouldn't stop raving at how yummy the tart was and how fresh the berries were. Radio advertising was an effective method of promotion.Ordering is simple, their website is simple to use, and we have the option of selecting a delivery time slot. They keep me up to date on the status of my order. Flowers arrived fresh and the arrangement was complete. There are simply too many online florists to choose from, and if it weren't for the advertisements in mrt stations and radio stations, there would be none., I might place an order somewhere else. ordered a New York Cheese Cake And no regrets. This is one of the best and most delicious cheese cake that I have ever eaten. You could feel the cheese cake melting in your mouth. So rich in flavour and the bottom was thin and crusty unlike some cheese cakes that have thick crusty bottom, that you taste more crust then cheese.

Wanted to share of the going-the-extra-mile delivery service I hv encountered yesterday. I made a blunder of the delivery/recipent address (sent to the wrong hospital!) in the midst of rushing to make for the same-day delivery due date. When my friend (recipent) told me the delivery man called and asked about the address, we then learnt I had put the wrong hospital in my order. Both my friend and I were feeling lost of how to rectify and eventually thought the order would then bless another person instead. However, at ard 10.45pm, my friend shared that the order was redelivered to the correct hospital!!! I would want to thank the delivery man for taking this extra mile to rectify the mistake I hv made and would want to also apologize my blunder.
